Poached salmon topped with watercress aioli and capers is the centerpiece for this decadent array of delectable, chilled seafood including gulf prawns served with wasabi red sauce, oysters on the half shell with a ginger cilantro soy dressing, Drunken scallops, and snapper ceviche shooters

Wild Mushroom Bar
Grilled portobello mushrooms carved and served with garlic toast; sautéed shitake, porcini and cremini with shallots
